Phoenix Suns & Eric Gordon agreed to max contract.
Eric Gordon agreed to a max offer sheet from the Phoenix Suns, which will be for four years and 58 million. Gordon has said he does want to be a Sun, but he might not get his wish. The New Orleans Hornets has said all along that Gordon is one of the most important pieces of their future and he will be a part of the core alongside rookies, Anthony Davis and Austin Rivers. Gordon was injured most of last season and only played in nine games for the Hornets, when healthy Gordon is one of the best shooting guards in the NBA. It will be interesting if the Hornets follow their word and match the offer despite Gordon's preference.
