Nets get Reggie Evans in a sign and trade with the Clippers.
The Nets got their second power forward in just a matter of hours, they signed Mirza Teletovic, now they have his backup. Reggie Evans will receive a three year, five million contract, while the Clippers will receive a future second round pick. This trade makes sense for the Clippers, they didn't need Evans as much with the signing of Lamar Odom, while Evans is a fantastic rebounder, his lack of offense (specially free throw shooting) is a big reason why they traded him. Brooklyn gets a big body that can rebound the hell out of the basketball and doesn't cost much.
